Prices

Please note all our prices are non-negotiable and and have been calculated based on size, time, and your design requirements. 

Once you have paid your deposit this will guarantee your order.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits will be paid via bank transfer, information will be stated on the invoice sent to you. 

Brownies & Cookies

A deposit of 50% will be required for all brownies and cookie orders over £20. 

Once the deposit is paid your order is confirmed and your date in the diary fixed. 

Cupcakes

A deposit of 50% will be required for all orders of 12 or more cupcakes. 

Payment of the deposit secures your order and date. 

Celebration Cakes

Single tiered celebration cakes will require a £50 deposit and tiered celebration cakes will need a £100 deposit. 

Payment of your deposit is required to confirm your cake order. 

Wedding Cakes

A £150 deposit is needed for all wedding cakes. 

This deposit secures your booking with us. 

Your order and date of order are not secured until the necessary deposit has been paid. 

All deposits must be paid within 7 days of your invoice being issued. 

Once the deposit has been paid you will receive an order confirmation, confirming items purchased, details of order,  money paid and money left to be paid. 

Payment

Payment should be made via bank transfer details provided on invoice. 

Brownies, Cookies and Cupcakes

Final payment for these items can either be via bank transfer or can be paid for upon collection. Orders over £50 however must be paid 1 week before. Method of payment will be agreed on confirmation of order. If paying by bank transfer an email confirmation of payment is required. 

Celebration Cakes

Final payment for all celebration cakes is required no later than 1 week before collection date. Payment to be made by bank transfer unless otherwise discussed. 

Wedding Cakes

The final balance stated on your invoice must be paid in full no later than 4 weeks before the delivery date. 

Cancellation 

All cancellations must be given in writing. Upon cancellation of an order we reserve the right to retain the non-refundable deposit. 

Orders of brownies, cupcakes and cookies over £50 cancelled less than 1 week before delivery  will be non refundable. 

Celebration cakes cancelled less than 7 days before collection will also be non refundable. 

Cancellation of wedding cakes with less than 4 weeks notice before delivery will also be non refundable, this includes the non refundable deposit. 

Postponing 

We understand that sometimes plans change, we will always try to accommodate your order; however this is also reliant on our availability. If we are unavailable for your new date our cancellation terms apply. 

Allergens

Please note that all our products contain  the following allergens; wheat, gluten, dairy, and eggs.

Some products may also contain nuts so please be advised, whilst we take the utmost care to ensure there is no cross contamination we cannot 100% guarantee that there may not be traces. 

Whilst we will provide allergen information to the buyer it is then their responsibility to inform guests of any allergens present.
