Baking was always something I enjoyed and even jokingly called my therapy, however I never thought about it as a career. 

Fast forward 10 years and I'm a fully qualified pastry chef who has worked in multiple hotels around the UK and overseas. 

From smaller country hotels to a luxury 5 star, Michelin awarded hotel I've been lucky to work with some hugely talented pastry chefs. 

Along the way, one constant has been my love for a beautiful and delicious cake. Cake for me is so much more than just sponge and buttercream it is a creation of exciting flavours, contrasting textures,  a visual delight and indulgence. 

Returning home to Nottinghamshire I decided to finally pursue my dream to have my own business, the result is 

The Sinfully Sweet Pastry Co. 

The Sinfully Sweet Pastry Co is born from a love of all things sweet and a desire to share my indulgent creations with others.
